• How much does aircond service cost in KL and Selangor?

  Our prices depend on unit type and horsepower, and all include labour and a 30-day workmanship warranty — no hidden charges.
  
  • Normal service — 1.0–1.5 HP wall unit: RM99 (filter clean, blower wipe, drain check, performance test)
  • Normal service — 2.0–2.5 HP wall unit: RM150
  • Chemical wash — 1.0–1.5 HP: RM159 (deep coil clean, drain flush + 20% free gas top-up)
  • Chemical wash — 2.0–2.5 HP: RM219
  • New installation: from RM250 (includes 7ft copper pipe, bracket, insulation)
  • Repair diagnosis: RM88 — waived if you proceed with the repair

• How often should I service my aircond in Malaysia?

  Every 3 to 4 months for regular household use. Malaysia's tropical humidity and heat mean your aircond works far harder than manufacturer manuals assume — those manuals are written for European climates where units run 3 months a year, not 12.
  
  Units serviced every 3–4 months use less electricity, break down less often, and last significantly longer. A chemical wash every 12 to 18 months is also recommended to remove the deep coil contamination that a standard service cannot reach.

• Do you provide emergency aircond repair?

  Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency repair for total breakdowns, water leaks, and electrical faults. WhatsApp us any time — including nights and weekends — and we will respond and dispatch a technician as quickly as possible. • What warranty do you offer?

  Every service, repair, and installation comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same problem returns within 30 days of our visit, we come back and fix it at no charge — no questions asked. For part replacements, the manufacturer's warranty on the part applies on top of our workmanship warranty.

• Can you service all aircond brands?

  Yes. We service all major brands sold in Malaysia — Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, York, Midea, Gree, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, Haier, and more. Our technicians have brand-specific training on the most common models and carry frequently needed parts for major brands in their vans, so most repairs are completed on the first visit.

• What is included in your free copper pipe offer for installation?

  Every aircond installation includes 7ft of copper pipe at no extra charge. The industry standard is 6ft, so we give you 1ft more as standard. If your installation requires more pipe — for example, if the outdoor unit is mounted further away — extra pipe is charged at RM22–35 per foot depending on HP size. All installations also include the bracket, full insulation, pressure testing, and a written service report.

• Do you handle condo and apartment installations?

  Yes. We are experienced with high-rise and condo installations, including working within building management requirements. We provide the necessary documentation, coordinate with site management where needed, and ensure all work complies with your building's by-laws. We have completed condo installations across KL and Selangor — Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, and more.
